Morongla Red Cross holds annual meeting
THE annual meeting of Morongla Red Cross has elected, by invitation, Marj Partridge and Enid Langfield as patrons for the next 12 months.
The recent meeting, with Jenny Guihot from the Cowra sub-branch in the chair, also welcomed visiting members from the Grenfell branch.
Elected to office were president Della Toohey, vice-presidents Carolyn Cameron and Marie Langfield, secretary Barbara Langfield, treasurer Julie Whitby and publicity officer Della Toohey
Guest speaker was Linda Woods of Woodstock (pictured right with her family) who presented aromatherapy items from Central West Aromatherapy Essential Oil Gift Wear.
The next meeting of the Morongla CWA will be held on August 1, with the cultural theme of places and/or music.
Members are asked to bring items or information to the meeting. |
