Law’s long arm collars man after 12 years
A MAN wanted on 13 warrants for theft, fraud and drug offences at Bathurst has been caught after 12 years on the run.
The 33-year-old allegedly drove into a golf-course car park at Bourke about 3:50am Tuesday in an attempt to avoid police, reports say.
Checks revealed he was wanted for failing to appear for sentence for offences committed in 1996 and had left New South Wales.
He will appear in court at a date to be fixed. |
