Thugs punch, kick disabled man
A DISABLED man has been punched in the face and repeatedly kicked when he fell to the ground by a pair of cowardly thugs in Parkes.
The 51-year-old was walking in Jansens Lane about 7am on Sunday he was approached by two males, police say.
Both punched the man in the face and kicked him in the chest when he fell, before they fled.
The victim suffered severe bruising and lacerations to his face and body.
Police describe the assault as an unprovoked, cowardly and senseless attack on an innocent person who had absolutely no hope of defending himself.
The first attacker is described as Caucasian, approximately 140cm tall, with cropped black hair and wearing a blue hooded jumper.
The second is around 140cm tall, of thin build, and wearing a white shirt.
